We at Diabetes Counselling Online are interested in your thoughts, experiences and ideas about your life with diabetes.
Over time, we will be adding new surveys here which you can participate in. This will help us in making sure our service meets your needs and continually strives for improvement. It will also help us to communicate important information about life with diabetes, to other diabetes health care professionals and researchers.
We will be looking at a range of issues for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes across ages and families.
The first survey is ready now and will be up for about the next 4 weeks. This is about your experiences following diagnosis and what sorts of support you have had then, and now. We will publish results of surveys over time as well.
