Services Over Christmas

It is that time of year again where we turn to retreat with family and friends, take some time out and celebrate the year that was and the coming year. We have enjoyed communicating and connecting with you all this year. We hope you all have a happy, well and safe Christmas. No matter where you are in the world or what your tradition is, for many of us, this is both a hectic and an exciting time of year. For some people, Christmas is also a time of sadness. One for reflection about loved ones no longer with us for example. I certainly will be doing this as the first Christmas without my beautiful best friend Denice. If for any reason you are feeling alone, sad or worried at this time of year it is important to reach out for some support.

During the Christmas and New Year break from 25th December to the 3rd January our team will be taking some time out and our replies will be delayed for 1-1 e counselling services.
