Hi there
I haev type 1 diabetes for 34 years and 3 beautiful children and feel very lucky. I am doing my PhD looking at diabetes distress and depression during pregnancy and early motherhood for women with type 1 diabetes. I am finding many stories about the enormous effort women go through to have a baby and the joy when things go well. I am also finding stories where things did not go so well, or where there was a lot of guilt and anxiety.
Would love to hear people’s experiences no matter what type of diabetes you have and would you be interested in a chat session about these issues?
