Hello from North Queensland
I have type 2 diabetes, controlled by medication (BGL between 4 and 6)and pleased to be able to access this forum. Thank you Helen!

My diagnosis was a shock to me and a surprise to my GP as initial tests were part of normal annual checkup. I am a Vegan, lifelong runner – although world’s slowest runner as I age and following compound fractures, love life and determined diabetes will not control my life.
Looking forward to reading posts on here.
