I believe I am quite empathetic when it comes to diabetes. Now, after a visit to one of my health care providers on Saturday, I think I have even more empathy, espcially when it comes to the ‘what can I eat’ question. Now it is ME who needs to ask this question every time I need to prepare a meal , make myself a drink, or go out and socialise with friends. Stressful: of course, but YOU know that
