[color=#40BF40:s7pufud1]Just going to have a whinge. Got dressed to have my usual afternoon walk and was waiting to take my tablets that I am on for my hypothyroidism. I have to have them on an empty stomach so have to not eat for 2 hours and then wait 1/2 hour after before I can eat anything. Thought I’d take a bgl while I was waiting…3.4 oh crap what do I do now. Obviously I haven’t eaten enough during the day. So I took my tablets with juice and now I am waiting the 1/2 hour very quietly so I can eat something and then go for my walk. Such is life! grrrrrr[/color:s7pufud1]
