    Hi

    I’m Type 2 Diabetic. I used to have untoasted muesli (with low fat milk) for breakfast but the diabetes dietician I saw told me told me that is too high in GI. This was nearly a couple of years ago.

    Are there currently any brands of untoasted muesli that might be OK for me to look at? Otherwise I guess I’ll have to stick to porridge or weetbix.

    I’m in Melbourne and I normally go to a Woolworths or Coles but I’m not far from a Leos Supermarket.
