    :-)

    If you live in a bush fire or other disaster prone area, do you have a plan that includes your diabetes? :-) This might include making sure your bag is packed with snacks, hypo foods, medication and a cold bag such as a frio to keep medications and insulin cold in the case of no access to a fridge – anyone had such an experience?
