To celebrate the fact that Channel 9 Telethon is in its 50th year of supporting SA charities, Distinctive Homes has donated, as a once off, two homes for the 2009 Channel 9 Telethon Distinctive Home and Land Lottery.
Located at Lots 333 and 334 Jindabyne Street, Lakeside on land donated by Devine Communities, the homes are duplex style and have a common wall. Each home has been designed with a very individual floor plan and unique frontage. Both homes have painted rendered facades, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate lounge and family areas. Each home has also been oriented to take full advantage of the outlook and solar benefits.

Pick a Prize Lottery
We recently joined the Pick a Prize Lottery with a number of other charities and this was drawn on 11th June. Overall the lottery raised $200,000, which is amazing. Thanks to our supporters we expect to raise around $3000 from this lottery, which for us will assist in supporting our group programmes here at the website. Thanks to all who purchased tickets! Here is a picture of us selling tickets at Newton Village with the wonderful Suzuki AWD, one of the fantastic prizes.
