THE HOME

“The Ibis” – features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a formal lounge or theatre room, a centrally located kitchen with a Butler’s Pantry, a meals area, a family or rumpus room, a laundry and a double garage. The design also invites ‘the outside in’ through the inclusion of double bi-fold doors to the rear “Alfresco” area and French doors from the formal lounge to the front veranda. A great addition this year, for the first time, is under floor heating.

Kitchen has been designed and installed by Supreme Kitchens and furniture and accessories are from Taste Furniture.

THE LOCATION

A Renewal SA development, the Playford Alive urban renewal project involves the regeneration of more than 500 hectares of new ‘greenfield’ development in Munno Para, Andrews Farm and Penfield.
